We offer various delivery options, tailored to the needs of our customers. Below you will find detailed information on shipping costs and estimated order processing time.

Personal collection
It is possible to collect the ordered products in person at our stationary store in Poznań. To use this option, select "Personal collection" when placing the order. Once the order is ready for collection, we will inform you about it by e-mail or phone.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping for orders above a certain value. Orders sent via InPost (up to 30 kg) and DPD (up to 30 kg) are sent free of charge for orders over PLN 1,000.
For customers who need an individual shipping quote, it is possible to determine shipping costs after contacting our customer service office.
Fast shipping
We take care of the fastest possible order fulfillment. Parcels sent via InPost, placed from Monday to Friday by 3:00 p.m., are sent the same day. In the case of DPD, orders placed by 1:30 p.m. are also sent the same day. Thanks to this, our customers can count on express delivery of ordered products.
Important information:
- Delivery time may be longer in the case of products made to order or during periods of increased traffic.
- For orders over 500 kg or requiring special transport, please contact our customer service office.
- Cash on delivery is only available for selected delivery methods, as indicated in the table.
